About the Role: Working within our dynamic Administration team, you will be the face and heartbeat of our bustling clinic. The role is complex, requiring exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Some of the areas you will be responsible for include:
- Answering phone calls, emails and walk in enquiries in a professional, efficient manner.
- Wholistic client management, including new and follow-up bookings, maintaining communication with clients and providing consistent support.
- Scheduling and organising clinician’s diaries, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Ensuring the practice is professionally represented and presented at all times.
- Report writing, attending and contributing to meetings.
- Promoting NeuroKind, and much more.

Essential Skills Required for the Role:
- A minimum of 3 years reception/administration experience. Those with a medical reception background and/or experience with NDIS will be highly considered.
- Experience with medical software, ideally Halaxy, would be an advantage.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
- Empathetic nature, with a mindful approach to multitasking.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workflow while remaining calm under pressure.
- Growth mindset and a passion for personal development.
- Energetic, efficient, and solution-focused.
- Excellent computer, written, and verbal skills.
- Confident in liaising with health professionals and a broad range of clients.
