Gantiel Vensott EPS is a leading Australian plastics manufacturer based in Wetherill Park NSW, looking for candidates to join our growing team of professionals.
The Opportunity
This is a growth opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant who can assist with managing the office, capturing meeting minutes, preparing correspondence, basic accounts and reception duties and other general ad hoc administration tasks reporting to the office of the General Managers.
In addition, the role encompasses the preparation of new hiring documentation and other employee correspondence, maintenance of staff and asset security registers, and other employment compliance matters, supported by the Finance department. Importantly, this role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to professionally grow in multiple areas of expertise by learning from multiple departments.
The Candidate
We seek a proactive and inquisitive person who can take charge of their assigned responsibilities and manage their own tasks.
Specifically, we would like to see a person with:
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
TAFE or higher academic qualifications will be well regarded. Any HR qualifications or experience will be very well regarded.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
