Administration & Host Event Administrator

This position reports directly to the General Manager who is in turn supported by an industry leading, experienced, energetic and committed President and Committee.
The position will include but is not limited to the following:
- Be the face of Pinjarra Trots as our host for our race meeting days. (Every Monday including public holidays) General Announcements throughout the day, members draws ect.
- Coordinate and support the Club’s social media with frequent information, working alongside our Graphic Designer
- Coordination of our Family Fun Days (Mainly public holidays)
- Manage Race Day Group bookings on the day (i.e. collecting money from group bookings, assisting where you can.
- Maintain our membership database.
- Distribute membership badges and associated materials.
- Work with our graphic designer to coordinate our monthly newsletter.
- Account Receivables (MYOB)
- Other duties as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing/Event Management/Hospitality/Administrative qualifications or equivalent field experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Accountable and responsible
- Compliance with company WHS

- Vehicle driver’s licence
This is a permanent, part time role , minimum of 8-10 hours per week including Monday public holidays, additional hours as required for functions and events.
