We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

THE ROLE
As the Administration Manager, you will play an integral role in JJ's relationship with clients bringing a wealth of experience in delivery of customer service excellence.
We are looking for an individual who takes a genuine interest in the performance and development of their people, taking ownership of administration functions and driving positive outcomes.
You will enjoy a fantastic work-life balance with working hours of 8am to 4:30pm (guide). Both introductory and ongoing training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met
- Effectively and efficiently implement administrative functions
- Leadership of a team of 5 administration staff
- Administrative functions including environmental compliance, office management, reporting, tender assistance, and operations support
- Facilitate flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management
- Process improvement, implement new procedures
- Oversee customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reports and tracking, sales administration, and maintenance functions

- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team is imperative
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
