We are looking for a highly experienced Office All Rounder to take control and run the office.
Role Requirements:
- Highly Experienced as an Office All Rounder
- Proficient in MYOB Accountright
- Highly organized and self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in word & excel
- Friendly personality
- Able to take instructions and work autonomously
- Able to multi task & work proficiently
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Organizing & filing of documents
- Entering Purchase orders & Invoicing
- Sourcing of parts for Projects & liaising with suppliers for component quotations
- Placing Purchase orders with suppliers
- Assisting with Customer enquiries
- Reporting to the Management Team as required
- Answering phones
- Organising & Processing Payroll
- Entering daily employee time sheets
- Managing Job numbers for various Projects
- Processing monthly Bank reconciliations
- Running errands as required
- Managing and monitoring emails from suppliers & customers
