- Provide high level administration including diary management as requested, organise and schedule meetings, coordinate venue hire and catering, prepare agendas, minutes for four General Managers.
- Arrange travel for Service Delivery teams and ensure ATO guidelines are followed.
- Perform various financial support tasks including reconciling ExpensePro
- Timely distribution of information to stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality as appropriate

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases.
