Form of workOur local family owned Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Administration Officer in Townsville.
We are looking for an administration Officer that will be able to work 2 days a week at the Bushland Beach Tavern and also will be able to cover holidays and fill in at our other venues could lead to 4 to 5 days per week. Some weekend work may be needed and early starts.
The role includes but not limited to the following:
- Data Entry
- Banking
- Cash reconciliation
- Accommodation and Bistro bookings
- Telephone enquiries
- Invoicing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience in Hospitality would be advantageous. Knowledge of Swiftpos system would be highly regarded.
