We now have a Full-time (Part-time negotiable with a minimum of 30 hours per week), 12-month fixed term position for anAdministration Officerto join our team. This position is based at our Shepparton office.
How You’ll Make a Difference
The Administration Officer, Carer Support Services and NDIS Support Coordination, is a key part of the team providing professional Support Services including:
- General administrative support to the Carer Support and NDIS Support Coordination teams.
- Answering Intake phone calls.
- Assisting with the administration of various databases.
- Assisting with basic brokerage as required.
- Working as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team, showing initiative and the ability to take direction.

The Tools You'll Need:
To be considered for this role, a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Relevant experience in a support role, ideally in a community aged and disability environment will be highly regarded.
Critical to your success in this role will also be:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level computer skills.
- An ability to prioritise.
- An understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
- Willingness to obtain a valid Working with Children Check and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencing employment with us. If you have spent over 12 months overseas in the last 10 years, you will also be required to undergo an International Police Check or present evidence of a satisfactory check
- Minimum of 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and a valid Australian Driver Licence
