AddressOur client is a highly respected Auto Body Shop based in Wangaratta, they are a family owned and run business with over 30 years of experience and are now offering an opportunity for a hard-working, self-motivated, and most importantly, passionate individual to commence an Apprenticeship in Panel Beating.
The Role
The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of Panel Beating Including:
- Strip damaged vehicles and reassemble with new or repaired components
- Repair damaged panels
- Operate hand tools and equipment relative to the trade
- Learn repair procedures and techniques such as filling, grinding and sanding
- Work in a productive and safe environment
- Follow management instructions and company procedures
This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As an apprentice, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards your Certificate III Automotive Body Repair Technology.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- 100% commitment to undertaking this 4 year apprenticeship
- Take pride in your work
- COVID - 19 vaccination
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be prepared to adhere to all work, health and safety policies and procedures
- Able to work in a team environment
