We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Brisbane. Reporting to Contract Delivery Manager, the Administration Officerwill be responsible for providing effective high-level administration support to the contract functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations team for our Utilities contracts. Opportunity for training and development and to advance to full time for the right candidate. The position will require you to work Monday to Friday and will be based in the Qantas Drive office.

About You

• Intermediate - advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including internal and external stakeholders
• Great attention to detail
• Highly reliable
• Utilities experience - highly desirable but not required
