About Us
Our Verge Control & Swimming Pool team forms part of the wider Development Service Business Unit and is responsible for the accurate, lawful and accountable resolution of verge control and swimming pool related matters.
About the Position
The Administration Officer supports our Verge Control & Swimming Pool team with a range of administrative functions including responding to customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records and the distribution of relevant applications and requests for service.
This position is a full-time, maximum-term contact until 31 July 2025.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Administration Officer will include but are not limited to:
- To respond to customer enquiries, via the phone and direct contact, on all matters relevant to the Business Unit.
- To maintain appropriate corporate records of the unit through relevant corporate processes and systems.
- To coordinate the acceptance, receipting, reviewing, administration and movement of a range of application types, business unit services and correspondence.
- To provide general administrative support to the business unit, including clerical work, copying and scanning, word processing and data input.

This temporary full-time position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement positions which attract a salary from $68,114.24 – $71,700.12 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a:
- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
