We are a small accounting practice and mortgage broking firm located in East Perth and looking at expanding our administration staff. We are a friendly team orientated practice offering a part-time position 20-30 hours, hours are flexible. The building has a GYM/Swimming pool which is available to all employees.
We require someone with the following skills.
Accounts Payable/Account Receivable
Knowledge of MYOB/Xero preferred but not necessary.
Must have excellent communication skills as you will correspond with the Australian Tax Office on various matters.
Must have sound knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Preparation of Clients BAS and IAS is desirable but not necessary.
Must have a cheerful and positive attitude which will compliment our current team.
We offer and expect our staff to do constant professional development to keep their skills up to date.
You may also be required to assist with date input for mortgage broking.
Other general admin duties as required.
