Remuneration: $77,623.75 - $79,458.87
Hours Per Week: 38 Hours
Location: Hybrid / 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards
The Opportunity
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administration support for the day-to-day operational activities of the Business as Usual team for the Supply Chain Transformation team and its customers, and supporting the delivery of projects and strategies across HealthShare NSW, including the development of reports and documents, and data entry.

Eligibility Requirements
· Meet essential requirements as outlined in the and ensure they are referenced in your resume or answers to targeted questions.
· Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a large and complex professional environment. Advanced computer skills and knowledge of and ability to use software applications (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
· Proven high level communication skills (verbal and written) and effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
· Demonstrated high level organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities and demands within strict timeframes.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
