Our client:

Our client is a well-known international organisation in the Consumer Electronics space based in Parramatta. They are highly respected in the industry and are a true innovator in the field, developing cutting edge products that push both the physical and technological boundaries of our time.

They are looking for Reverse Logistics administrator to join the team on a FULL-TIME basis. 

Hours of work will be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (depends on you).


Purpose of the Role:

Manage execution of all incoming DR-GR return request forms (majoring in GR claims) received (via) telephone, facsimile and e-mail ensuring that the request abides by Australian Consumer Law and LGEAP policy procedure.

Manage all enquires relating to these requests support both Supervisor and Manager with any additional activities towards DR-GR Return to clear pending claims or where chargeback is concerned.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm or 9am till 5pm (1 hour lunch) - 7hour days

Your Responsibilities:
 

  • Execution, ensuring all outstanding products are collected and returned to the suitable seconds dealer / warehouse. Maintain contact with 3PL warehouse and transport carriers on daily basis to confirm receipt of defective returns and finished good products.
     
  • Communicate with customers when issues arise on jobs and ensure successful pick-up and deliveries.
     
  • Manage entry of consignment pending approval, with continued liaison involving external logistics parties. Also ensuring correct shipment to prevent futile collections.
     
  • General admin duties, including data collection and maintenance and entry.
     
  • Customer Service, answer inbound calls from customers with a professional and confident phone manner. Responsibility for monitoring queues and general work loads within commercial returns, sales administration and service departments.
     

To be successful you will possess:

Education and Relevant experience:

  • GERP system knowledge 
  • Highly customer service orientated. 
  • Proven telephone communications skills with the ability to obtain and relay detailed information. 
  • Data Entry skills 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sensible and assertive with strong organizational skills 
  • Advanced Word, Excel, Access and Windows XP skills
  • Developed decision making ability and logical thought processes. 
  • Ability to enter / process RA returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keyboard competency and accuracy 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, sales and marketing skills
  • Proven ability to work independently without supervision. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Solid experience in administration 
  • Experience working with Transport Carriers and/or general logistics is an advantage.
