Experience required:
Leadership Experience:
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within Reverse Logistics, Medical Devices (loan kits) or similar.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
Reverse Logistics Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of Reverse Logistics processes, including receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to Reverse Logistics operations.
Operational Excellence:
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements in Reverse Logistics operations.
- Experience optimizing workflow, reducing costs, and maximizing resource utilization.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving complex logistics challenges.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions in a timely manner.
Customer Focus:
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in Reverse Logistics operations.
- Patient first always mindset.
- Experience managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer needs are met.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to Reverse Logistics, such as TGA regulations and ISO standards.
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement Mindset:
- Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Reverse Logistics Team.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
