The Role
We have an outstanding opportunity for a focused and energetic Team Leader to join our team in Parramatta to support our existing team.
Reporting to and supported by the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for directing, leading and coordinating multi-skilled work teams to deliver planned and unplanned work programs to ensure reliable operation of our customer's water distribution and sewerage collection systems as required.
The role also provides operational leadership in the field with a focus on safety, customer service and the environment by providing coaching and using quality principles to achieve continuous improvement and compliance with procedures.
