- Lead and coach a team of service administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their performance and professional development
- Manage the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to address enquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Develop and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance team productivity and streamline administrative operations
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions
- Identify and implement opportunities for digitisation
- Calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous systems experience, especially SAP is advantageous
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Self-motivated with an interest in improving processes
