We’re hiring an Administration Team Member with great communication and computer skills!
We are looking for a proactive person with excellent organisational, communication and tech skills to handle a variety of administrative tasks and support our wider team.
You will be responsible for providing hands-on administrative support to GPs who work offsite, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding administrative support to doctors, aged care facilities and the wider team by following well established processes along with handling daily billings, Proda and data maintenance.
- Getting creative by coordinating social events and bringing the team together regularly
- Serving as a lynchpin for internal and external communications, handling enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Contributing to company goals by active participation in various company projects.
- Growing your skills by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Contributing to the implementation of enhanced administrative practices.
