We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team for the role of Service Coordination and Administrative Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Administrative Support to our team, ensuring the efficient operation of our office, and coordinating the scheduling of field technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience in scheduling or coordinating field technicians is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
