Who are we?
In Line Tracking, is an independent equipment management service, providing tracking reports and analysing data relating to the movement of the client’s equipment. Our services ensure that processes are set up to capture all equipment movements, provide recommendations and implement process changes for organisations to assist them in reducing equipment loss.

Account Management Team Member
Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with our Senior Advisors, and with our current Account Management Team Members you perform tasks valuable to the business while contributing to a positive team culture following a proven career development path within the business.
Some of your tasks will include
- Data Entry / capture for various Clients
- Managing and Directing Telephone Enquiries
- Email communication to Clients and Trading Partners
- Processing data and information to deliver client reports
- Maintaining a high level of customer service to our client network
- Preparation of Excel Spreadsheets
- Management of Data within our systems
Capabilities required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel & Word
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently under general direction, demonstrate initiative and judgment to ensure quality of work and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate as a part of a team, contributing to the team’s delivery of work and performance objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Positive attitude, the willingness to grow, develop and thrive with increasing responsibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all staff, clients, and third-party service providers.
