people2people have partnered with a large independent retail organisation who have a very strong presence in QLD and a large contingency of stores. They are now currently seeking an administrator to join their head office working to provide additional support.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working in a small team environment, this temporary role with view to permanency will see you will be responsible for:
- Working in a collaborative team environment
- Updating internal systems
- Data entry
- Collating documents
- Liaising with stores
- Inbox management
- Filing
Selection criteria:
- Previous administration experience
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Accurate data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience collating documents
- Computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems
