DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work in a team environment assisting with general office tasks which include
• Answering telephone enquiries
• Responding to emails
• Photocopying & scanning documents
• Maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients
• Liaising with suppliers
• Following a schedule of tasks
• Assisting with meeting preparation
• Following instructions
• Source and provide competitive quotes for any technical repairs or maintenance needed by the structures held under the Owner’s Corporation.
• Establish maintenance-monitoring schedules and utilise accordingly.
• Complete any other tasks or duties as dictated by the Body Corporate Coordinator in relation to the repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds under the control of the Body Corporate.
• Collect and maintain any and all records relating to the history of repair and maintenance of all structures under the control of the Body Corporate.
• Comply with general office policies, procedures and all legal requirements.
• Provide word processing support as required, including letters general office correspondence etc.
• General office support including assistance with meetings (tea, coffee, some lunches as required); general clerical work – filling, copying, mail, couriers, etc.
• Any other work which may require to be done from time to time.

SALARY
As the successful candidate, you will receive:
$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification
