No Limit Group is a well-established, family-owned business in the ACT who has been operating for over 20 years. Our head office is in Phillip, and our team manages up to 100 staff across a variety of construction trades.
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated, detail orientated person who has the willingness to learn. While office experience is desirable, it is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided.
This position is Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 2:30pm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data entry
- Filing and document management
- Submitting claims
- Scheduling trades
- Reception duties
- Email Management
- Ad hoc admin duties
You should have
- a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment
- knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- a positive attitude
- the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload
- a flexible attitude towards your work and a willingness to take on new skills
- the ability to take instruction
- the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- great communication skills and the ability to ‘know your audience’
