Job description

No Limit Group is a well-established, family-owned business in the ACT who has been operating for over 20 years. Our head office is in Phillip, and our team manages up to 100 staff across a variety of construction trades.

Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail orientated person who has the willingness to learn. While office experience is desirable, it is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided.

This position is Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 2:30pm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry
  • Filing and document management
  • Submitting claims
  • Scheduling trades
  • Reception duties
  • Email Management
  • Ad hoc admin duties

You should have

  • a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • a positive attitude
  • the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload
  • a flexible attitude towards your work and a willingness to take on new skills
  • the ability to take instruction
  • the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • great communication skills and the ability to ‘know your audience’
