Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Data Entry Assistant with an hourly salary of $28. The Virtual Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing administration tasks for the company. They will work independently and also in collaboration with other teammates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or as a virtual assistant
- Strong communication skills and experience with email management and scheduling appointments
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills with experience in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
