Administration/Property Management/Reception

Merlot Residential Australia is a boutique real estate agency with over 20 years experience in real estate/development  and property management. MRA continues to deliver outstanding service to our landlords, tenants, sellers.  We specialize in properties located from central Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast.

In this position you will be responsible for processing documents  for tenancy applications and supporting  office staff within the scope of property management. At times you may be requested to complete an open home which is local (company car provided for that purpose).

To qualify for this position you will need the following skills:

1. Demonstrated 2 years minimum experience in a Property Management Role
2. Excellent writing and communication skills
3. Extremely efficient in all aspects of computer skills in particular excel spread sheets with good attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of REST Professional Property Management software and Property Tree..
5. Willing to learn new skills to enhance your career.

MUST HAVE:

Current drivers license

Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
