About the RoleTransit Systems is currently seeking a
HR Coordinator for an
Immediate Start. We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who has the ability to manage multiple assignments at any given time. This is newly created role for a person looking to join a company that is committed in continuous improvement and development.Principle responsibilities (not limited to)
- Creating employment contracts and new employee information packs
- Administering contract variations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth employee onboarding
- Coordinate Inductions, medical appointments and training and prospective candidates
- Assist with recruitment open days and group interviews
- Work closely with recruitment team assisting with candidate pipelines
- Assist with the overflow of Recruitment enquiries – telephone and email
- Weekly / Monthly reporting
- Adhoc Duties as required
About You- Previous HR administration or coordination experience
- Exceptional ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
