Medical Dental Solutions is a Quality Assured Medical & Dental Sales, Service and Repair Company who provide quality products and services across a broad customer base with an extensive range of Medical, Dental, Veterinary, Podiatry and Sterilization Equipment.
We are seeking a motivated person to join our team to co-ordinate our service technicians timetables and provide a high level of support to customers requiring our services.
Qualifications & experience
A Cert III in Business Administration would be considered favourable but could become part of a traineeship if the right person for the position doesn't have the qualification.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception and telephone duties
- Administration and Customer Service
- Calendar and Email management
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting in processing customer orders
- Data entry of service work history and Team communication via Office 365 Platforms.
