• Direct and manage the construction workforce and activities on the site.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Plan daily crew tasks and ensure the alignment with the overall project timeline and objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site, providing technical guidance and solutions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Extensive experience in overseeing earthworks, roadworks, and demolition.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams.
• Robust understanding of construction procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
