Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and positive administrative specialist with a 'can do' attitude and advanced computer literacy to be the friendly and welcoming face of our home.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as a first point of contact at the residential service as well as providing professional and efficient administrative support to the site. Specific duties will include:

  • General reception and administrative responsibilities
  • Managing various data bases to ensure currency of data
  • Maintaining rosters, including sourcing staff for vacant shifts and setting up new employees in the payroll system
  • Assisting the Residential Manager with occupancy, including conducting interviews and tours with prospective clients and coordinating admissions paperwork
  • Managing residents accounts
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes

About you:

  • Experience working in an administration role within an Aged Care setting highly regarded
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with rosters/payroll/accounts is essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Mature and professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation
