TTC are a privately owned traffic management company providing Traffic Management Services to a variety of clients across Greater Sydney and Regional NSW. The Role 

TTC are seeking an experienced and mature ADMINISTRATION/SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR. Strong Administration and Customer Service skills REQUIRED!!.

Your duties will include:

  • General administration duties
  • Coordinate Traffic Management Schedule
  • Using latest technology for allocation of staff to work sites
  • customer service 
  • Work within a team environment 
  • Assisting the sales team - where required
  • Fleet and asset maintenance and management 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Previous experience working within a sales team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
  • Can do attitude
  • Solid computer skills including the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer service focus
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Be a results and goal oriented professional

If you have previous Traffic management industry knowledge and experience then that would be advantageous.
