About the role
This is a great opportunity for an all-round experienced Administrative Assistant who will be tasked with supporting our business unit personnel with a diverse range of administration tasks.
Specific Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Raising Work Orders
- Preparation of Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Processing of Tax Invoices from suppliers
- Preparation of Tax Invoices to customers
- Preparation of Spreadsheets for customers and internally
- Preparation of Business Unit Timesheets for payroll
- Booking and co-ordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Collate relevant data and provide management and other stakeholders with detailed information as required to meet the business contractual reporting and billing obligations.
- General administration tasks including accounting.
- Supporting other team members
- Maintain records and databases ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the information.
- Maintain communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proven previous administration experience.
- Able to take direction and work collaboratively with others.
- The ability to work autonomously and use initiative as required while also working well within a team environment.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people and handle all types of stakeholder and customer enquiries.
