About the Role:
Are you looking for flexible role that can allow you to do your personal things before or after work? We are Currently recruiting for our administration officer role to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all required documentations for our incoming clients.
- Monitoring the client compliance checks.
- Responsible for record keeping for all client-related records.
- Assisting in our Support Independent Living program as needed.
- Providing the client service scheduling tasks when required.
- Collect client intake data.
- Assist the SIL team in administrative tasks.
- Liaison with other departments in relation to administration tasks as required.
- Assist in the organization of company-wide events as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, or community services
- Excellent communication with different stakeholders to deliver services to
clients. - Have knowledge in the NDIS industry is desirable.
- Can work independently but also within a team.
- Must be computer literate
- Attention to detail and commitment to result-orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organisational and time management skills.
