Office Administrator to join the team.
Your New RoleReporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring smooth daily operations, including maintaining the kitchen area and managing the inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Processing of purchase orders and receipts.
- Managing the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Providing coverage for the reception desk
- Assisting wider teams with document preparation and online filing as needed.
- Organizing quarterly team events & holiday celebrations, including booking venues and coordinating activities.
- Overseeing & booking travel arrangements

About You- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate MO Suite skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
