One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage Administrative Support Officers / Project Support Officers to work as part of an experienced and skilled team. The successful Support Officers will be responsible for workforce development - Based in Canberra with flexible/ remote working arrangements on offer.
The successful Support Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing a shared inbox
- Filing information on the department’s records management system
- Setting up monthly meetings Advisory Group
- Provide admin support to project teams
- Assist with development of execution plans
The successful Support Officers will have experience in the following:
- Sorting and categorising responses to a public survey
- Setting up webinars/meetings with external stakeholders
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role
