This is a permanent full-time position, based in Kwinana.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and has strong administrative skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and directing inquiries. Manage incoming calls and emails, promptly responding or redirecting as needed. Perform general reception duties and administrative tasks. Upkeep and procurement of office and equipment supplies, including kitchen and PPE store. Conduct inductions for contractors and delivery drivers. Create Purchase Requisitions for Operations and Maintenance departments. Receive indirect purchased items and reconcile for invoice processing. Manage site security systems and access. The Candidate Previous experience in an Purchasing Support Officer or receptionist role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Based full time in the office.
