Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator for their Jolimont office.
The RoleAs the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the real estate and Property Development division. Reporting to the COO, your day-to-day will see you managing administrative duties including fleet management, managing fuel cards and inventory control.
Utilising your excellent attention to detail, you will provide support to the accounts team by completing the data entry for invoices and payroll. In addition, you will be responsible for ordering office stationery and equipment, as well as kitchen supplies to ensure the seamless running of the office.
