We are seeking an experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding property management team on a casual basis. Initially required to provide leave coverage in July, there is potential to join the company on a permanent basis in the future. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a manager of commercial and retail properties. Managing a diverse portfolio, you will have proven experience as an effective communicator who delivers excellent customer service to clients, tenants and contractors alike.
Duties will include:
- Preparing budgets and financial information in detail
- Monthly and annual report writing
- Keeping rental arrears to a minimum
- Negotiating preventative maintenance contracts and arranging repairs as necessary
- Authorising payment of accounts
- Administering rent reviews and exercising options of existing tenants
- Liaising with leasing associates for vacancies
- Inspection of buildings and regular contact with tenants and owners
Strong computer skills are essential, and knowledge of Cirrus 8 is preferred.
A current property management license and your own reliable transport is required.
