We are seeking a switched-on, client focused, super efficient administrator to co-ordinate our service team in NSW within the morning period of 7.30am to 1pm. Within this 5.5 hour time slot you will set-the-scene for a successful start to the day and will enable our service teams to get on-the-road supporting our customers as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will provide the following support;
- Provision of superior client experience as a key contact for our clients. This means initial and ongoing communication for status feedback via phone, email and online channels.
- Efficient and effective administrative/schedule management of our field service technicians within the NetSuite and field service application NextService.
- Management of preventative maintenance tool kits.
- Management of client communication from initial request through to service report delivery and follow-ups.
