Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Geraldton branch. In this role you will be assisting with required audits (Safety, Quality, CPS and CC) and ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures, working closely with the Workshop supervisor for job opening & invoice preparation, with an aim to learn and progress to submitting Cat Warranty claims. In addition, you will also be responsible for raising purchase orders & ensuring items are encoded onto work orders and priced correctly.
You will thrive on providing high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and providing support to all administration functions within a business.
Location: Geraldton, WA
Roster: 5/2 8hrs Mon-Fri, plus 1 Saturday every 3 weeks from 7am-12pm
To be successful the following is required:
Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
Advanced computer literacy skills
High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
