We have a fantastic casual opportunity for a storeworker to join our team based at Townsville. Now let’s dive into how you’ll be adding value in the role. What you’ll do: Invoicing and credit processing. Utilise your Customer Service skills - phone based and face-to-face. Checkout operation. Pick and pack orders in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure daily that they store environment is clean and safe at all times. Participate in the stocktake and cycle count processes as required. Be cross trained in multiple areas providing store support. The role can be physically demanding and requires you to be on your feet throughout your shift, being comfortable frequently lifting and carrying bulky items plus standing for extended periods of time is important. What you bring: Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle a number of priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Excellent customer service. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals and demonstrated initiative in past roles. Adaptability to working in environments with high humidity. Successful candidates will be required to undertake and pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
