We are a small, well-established company located in Thornleigh, Sydney, marketing a range of specialised consumables to analytical chemistry laboratories Australia wide.
In this position you would report to the Office / Accounts Manager and provide general assistance to all staff with their workload. Typically, this entails, but is not limited to answering incoming phone calls, giving straight-forward quotations, unpacking, checking and labeling supplier shipments, entering, packing and invoicing customer orders, generating month end reports, statements, file management and many other routine requirements.
Ideally you will have some experience with accounts or management packages, courier or freight company platforms and be proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word.
You will be expected to work at our premises in Thornleigh, NSW. Hours negotiable between 9 and 5 to suitable applicants.
