A leader in compressed air systems nationally, our client is an employer of choice within the compressed air system space. Acknowledged for their strong customer service in maintaining compressed air systems within an existing portfolio, coupled with installing into major new projects, this company is expanding fast both locally and nationally. Due to this growth, a new role has been created to deliver EA and administration functions across various aspects of the business.Working from their Ravenhall facility, you will be involved across the business. This will include:
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and contractors to facilitate efficient & timely communication
- Ensuring accuracy of records and project timelines reporting to the director.
- Creation of internal & external correspondence including project updates and company announcements working closely with the director.
- Coordinating client meeting schedules and assisting with managing the director and their work / meeting schedules.
- Handling accounts receivable with more of a weighted focus on accounts payable.
- Day to day processing of invoices
- General administrative functions as required.
- Be a talented and efficient administrative professional with relevant experience in a dual accounts / admin role functions & EA roles.

- Have solid admin and communication skills - using Zero, Word and Service Mate will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues. You must have the ability to change communication style depending on your audience.
