PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE REQUIRED
Brisbane Harmony Family Day Care is looking for an administration assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Ideally, English will be your SECOND language as our environment promotes culture and diversity.
We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and commitment to the role.
This role will provide you with ongoing training and professional development.
An opportunity to undertake a traineeship in *Certificate III in Business.
What you will need to bring to the role:
- Communication Skills - First a point of contact for our staff and educators
- Ability to respond to daily enquiries via email and phone
- Have good computer skills
- Have the ability to learn easily
- Provide support the Coordination team with administrative tasks
- Enter data Entry accurately into our Child Care software application
- Have the ability to learn our business
- Be able to follow workflow instructions
- Work Closely with our Service Manager
* Certificate III in Business will only be offered to eligible applicants

Pay: $23.68 – $25.15 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
