We are seeking an Executive Assistant with at least 2-3 years experience for this new and exciting role.
The Executive Assistant and Sponsorship Manager duties will include:
- Provide confidential executive support: diary management, correspondence, appointment/travel arrangements, meeting minutes, and overall office management to the Direct Manager and various Senior Management.
- Managing and Delivering Functions and Events for the Shayher Group (Xmas Party, Farewells, team events) Including event management and Invitation List and devising and drawing invitations.
- Management and development of sponsorships and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and potential revenue streams.
- Maintain Invite list to all events, complete and design appropriate invitations,
- Develop and foster positive working relationships with key external stakeholders relating to Brisbane Qtr and Shayher Branding.
- Provide Executive support for the Family Foundation Board as required
Occasional Travel to our Melbourne Office may be required.
Salary $80k pro rata to 3 days per week.
