It is based within multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team.This position is based within a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team and accepts responsibility and accountability for the provision of quality and safe care for people with a mental illness, disorder or dysfunction, people with emotional difficulties and experiencing life transition, distress and/or crisis within best practice guidelines and in accordance with professional standards, medico legal and statutory requirements.
