About the Role
- Provide feedback following DFV training and education sessions to the DFV team regarding program implementation and progress, participant satisfaction and value.
- Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
- Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of DFV training and education by actively participating in safety and quality practices.
- Communicate with patients, carers and members of the workforce effectively, with cultural sensitivity and confidentially.
