Your opportunity:
- Contribute to patient centred care and improve the patient journey for patients of the Frailty Virtual team by providing multidisciplinary Allied health Assistant services.
- Contribute to the inpatient and community care of patients by providing advanced clinical support tasks as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $90,110 p.a., comprising salary between $73,861 - $78,977 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
