Bolt Scaffolding Pty Ltd currently have outstanding opportunities for highly competent and experienced Advanced Scaffolders for work in SE Qld, based from scaffold yard in Narangba North Brisbane.

Position Overview:
Scaffolders will be responsible for the erection of access scaffold to High-Risk Work Licence Advanced Level, ensuring that works are completed in a timely and cost effective manner, meeting contractual and regulatory obligations related to HSE, Quality, Budget and Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scaffolders erect and dismantle scaffolding to meet AS/NZ Standards and Scaffold Advanced High-Risk Work Licence competencies
- Inspect scaffold and ensure they are built to site standards
- Ensure correct tagging is in place
- Ensure that all HSE statutory obligations are met
- Ensure all incidents including near misses are reported immediately
- Actively participate in team work
- Ensure the risk management system and all other policies are used
The role will suit professional, highly responsive, and motivated individuals who will be able to contribute to the achievement of Maintenance and Corporate objectives.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualification and at least 2 years’ experience as a qualified Scaffolder
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid working visa
- Hold a current nationally recognised High Risk Work Licence - SA Advanced Scaffolding
- Hold a valid OHS Construction Induction Blue Card or White Card
- Hold a valid Work Safely at Heights Card
- Hold a valid Medium Rigid Drivers Licence
- Hold a valid Rail Industry Worker card for working within the rail corridor in Queensland
- Be able to work within a team
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Have a tolerance to heat & dust
- Be able to complete shift work/overtime
- Capacity to travel on short notice to various job sites in Queensland
Salary in the range of $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum (depending on experience.)
