Form of workHi Reach Rentals is a Progressive Company and a market leader in the hire industry, specialising in EWP's, Boomlifts, Scaffolding, Mastclimbers, Swing Stages. We have been operating since 1997 with branches in Brisbane, Sunshine and Gold Coasts.
Due to expansive growth in the construction industry and growing portfolio of work, Hi-Reach is seeking experienced advanced scaffolders to become a key part of the team.
Requirements:
- Advanced scaffold ticket (High Risk Licence)
- Construction White Card
- Forklift Licence
- Scaffolding experience in Aluminium Scaffolding
- Experience with installation, maintenance and dismantle of both Swing Stages and Mast Climbers
- Experience installing scaffolding in accordance with design requirements
- Experience with completing associated paperwork and sign-off requirements
- Knowledge of current code of practice and legislation
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to lead and co-ordinate a team of workers
- Ability to co-ordinate material deliveries
- A strong focus on health and safety
- Full unrestricted drivers’ licence with reliable transport, tools and PPE
- Willingness to travel
- Must be hardworking and reliable
- Be able to take direction and work as a team
Desirable requirements in addition to the above:-
- MR Licence
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Confined Space Ticket
About you:-
- You will have proven experience as an advanced scaffolder and Leading Hand
- You will have the physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
- You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- You will be knowledgeable in Aluminum Quick Stage Scaffolding and Frame Scaffolding
- You are an excellent communicator, can work effectively whilst manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- People will describe you as having a “can do” attitude
- You want to work for a company that values your contributions and sees you as a vital part of their future
- You have ambition to transition into a Management role in the mid-to-long term and possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
