AddressPeppermint Magazine/Part-time/$35 to $40 per hour
Peppermint is a print and digital publication created by a small and passionate team, covering style, sustainability, sewing and substance. We’re looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to work three to four days per week (casual initially), overseeing advertising and partnerships while nurturing positive relationships with beautiful brands for both print and digital platforms.

The role is for three to four days per week (Monday and Thursday are essential and the other day/s are negotiable, noting that Peppermint does not operate on Fridays), with increased hours needed around our print deadlines. We are based in Brisbane and would prefer someone local, but we are open to the right candidate working from home interstate.
Responsibilities include:
- Print and digital Advertising Sales to new and existing clients
- Pursuing and following up new advertising leads
- Developing targeted personalised proposals of advertising packages and media partnerships (including print, digital, newsletter and other platforms) along with negotiating final agreements
- Managing client relationships
- Coordinating advertising assets for print
- Maintaining advertising and client databases
All applicants MUST have:
- A minimum of two years (preferably five years) experience working in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for the Peppermint brand and ethos.
- Creativity and a willingness to respectfully share ideas, opinions and feedback.
- A strong passion for environmental and social issues, creativity and sewing.
Useful knowledge:
- Familiarity with InDesign.
- Familiarity with WordPress.
